Villa Simone

Villa Simone is located in the southernmost part of the island, just 15 km from the town of Mykonos and just 4 km from Ano Mera. It is the ideal residence for those seeking both adventure and tranquillity.

The house extends over three floors and has an elevator for easier access to all areas.

On the ground floor is a spacious living room, an open plan dining room for 12 people and an ultra-modern kitchen. On the ground floor there is also the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and a library.

On the second floor there are two bedrooms. A master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a children's room with bunk beds. Both rooms have large balconies with a beautiful view to the Aegean Sea.

Finally, on the level where the swimming pool is, there is also an extra apartment with a living room, a kitchen and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

The pool offers a breathtaking view, and in the yard there is a BBQ and a dining room under a lovely pergola. As for the private beach, it is located only 200 meters away from the house.
